A membership that costs you nothing.   

      Our goal is to develop a list of preferred guests to whom we can offer special pricing.  These will be people who we have come to know and trust and who can participate in making the place a wonderful place to stay in Rocky Point. 

     We want you to feel at home and we want to fill the place with everything you need for fun activities on your vacation, things that we might not be able to do while renting to the general public.

      Membership will be limited, but it will cost you nothing.  We only ask that you treat the place as if it were your own, and possibly help with suggestions for finishing improvements and decorating.  (See our current and upcoming improvements below as well as this month's specials available only to list members).

Last Minute Specials for Preferred Guests Only:  

     Whenever the condo is vacant we will send an e-mail to members with very special pricing.  So sign up and have an opportunity to stay at a fraction of the regular rates. 

 Current and Upcoming Improvements:  

   We now have new televisions and DVDs in all rooms.  New patio furniture and wall decorations are nearly completed.  A sunning area has been added next to the jacuzzi tub on the master balcony.  New living room furniture is in and repainting is nearly finished.  New window dressings are in.  Gourmet cookware is in the kitchen, (I am a professional chef and need to have good stuff), and there are new linens, bedding and towels throughout.    

    Wireless is installed and the new computer room in the lobby provides free internet access. 

    In the Pinacte resort, the new hot tub is in and the new exercise room is nearly complete.  Plans are underway for a stairway directly in front of the pool area to access the beach at low tide.
