Living room and lower balcony: watch shrimp and fishing boats entering and exiting the port area, para-sailors and pelicans flying by.  See bathers on the beach, snorkelers near the rocks, and keep an eye out for sea lions and bottle nose dolphins swimming by.  Every evening see one of the most gorgeous sunsets on earth. Enjoy cable tv, DVD, VCR, books, movies and games all for your use. 

Master Suite

Upstairs, the spacious master suite includes a comfortable king-sized bed, full bath with tub, plenty of closets and dresser drawers,  Travertine tile floors and beautiful ocean views from the private master balcony jacuzzi tub. (see below).

The private master balcony includes your own oversized Jacuzzi tub (room for 4 or more).  Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and the same gorgeous views as the lower balcony.

Queen bedroom

Back downstairs, the front bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, plenty of closet space,  travertine tile floors, Cable TV and beautiful ocean views in several directions.

Bunk bedroom.

The rear bedroom features four comfortable bunk beds, plenty of closets, shelves and dresser drawers, Cable TV/DVD and CD radio.   A great place for the kids but comfortable for adults as well.  Roomy with high ceilings and travertine tile floors.   

Stairway, downstairs bathroom and entrance to the queen bedroom.  With over 1700 sf and delux furnishing our penthouse has everything you need for a great time on the beautiful Sea of Cortez.
